On a personal note it has been the worst week I've had in a long time. One employee quit without notice and the other injured her back. This left me to work every position in the coffeeshop with one 18 year old trainee. It was absolute hell but fortunately by the end of the week he was trained and making good drinks. After uploading this video I will curl up and simulate death for 24 hours. The last 5 minutes of the video is of Chief and I hiking and exploring ancient ruins.
